Android Solflare Real-Device Capture

Purpose

This packet records a real Android run of the live PrivateDAO governance surface from inside the Solflare in-app browser on Devnet.

It is useful because it proves the product is not limited to desktop browser replay. A mobile wallet user can connect, sign, submit, and then verify the resulting transactions onchain from the same device.

This is the strongest current proof that the web app itself is now carrying complex Solana governance operations inside a wallet-native mobile browser, without asking the operator to touch a terminal, paste scripts, or leave the product surface.
