Frontier Competition Readiness 2026

This document is the canonical track-readiness surface for the non-Colosseum competitions currently targeted around the Frontier cycle.

It is intentionally truth-aligned:

  • It lists where PrivateDAO is already strong.
  • It distinguishes strong fit from staged or partial fit.
  • It does not claim partner integrations, external audits, or AI behaviors that are not already shipped.

The live product routes that now matter most for competition work are:

  • `https://privatedao.org/services/`

2026 ecosystem operating signal

The April 2026 Colosseum operating context changes how we should optimize:

  • Frontier Hackathon is now framed around product impact rather than a bounty-collection posture.
  • The Drift exploit shifted serious protocol evaluation toward signer hygiene, timelocks, operational security, and incident readiness.
  • STRIDE and SIRN raised the baseline for what a mature Solana protocol should communicate around operational security.
  • Anchor v1 and Bootcamp 2026 raised the bar for migration discipline, test posture, runtime safety, and full-stack polish.

For PrivateDAO, this means:

  • lean harder into the live product shell
  • make onboarding and wallet UX easier
  • keep proof and trust routes tightly connected
  • keep security and launch honesty visible
  • present the project as a startup-quality product, not as isolated protocol research

Current strategic priority order

  • RPC / infrastructure credits track
  • Ranger main track
  • 100xDevs Frontier track
  • Consumer apps track

  • Why:
  • The app is live, wallet-enabled, and now presented as a professional operational surface.
  • Highest-value move:
  • Lead with the story video, wallet-first operational shell, and the dedicated track workspace.

RPC Infrastructure Credits

  • Source: `https://superteam.fun/earn/listing/dollar10000-in-rpc-infrastructure-credits-for-colosseum-frontier-hackathon`
  • Fit: very strong
  • Why:
  • Fast RPC, hosted reads, diagnostics, and reviewer/runtime surfaces already exist in the product and commercial story.
  • Highest-value move:
  • Lead with the `Read API + RPC` corridor, diagnostics, and hosted read service surfaces.

TokenTon Consumer Apps Track

  • Source: `https://superteam.fun/earn/listing/tokenton26-consumer-apps-track-dollar8500-prize-pool`
  • Fit: strong with a consumer-first shell
  • Why:
  • The frontend is now much closer to a real product with multi-page routing, wallet UX, and operational shells.
  • Highest-value move:
  • Emphasize the story route, command center, simplified pack entry, and wallet-first onboarding.

Ranger Main Track

  • Source: `https://superteam.fun/earn/listing/ranger-build-a-bear-hackathon-main-track`
  • Fit: strong
  • Why:
  • PrivateDAO already combines protocol, operations, trust surfaces, reviewer proof, and commercial packaging into one product.
  • Highest-value move:
  • Open with the integrated product story, not isolated technical artifacts.

Colosseum Frontier

  • Fit: strong if judged on product impact
  • Why:
  • The project now has a root-domain live app, command center, buyer corridors, proof center, diagnostics, track workspaces, and a hosted product reel.
  • Highest-value move:
  • Lead from `/start`, `/story`, and `/command-center` into `/proof/?judge=1`, then close with services and trust surfaces.

Ranger Drift Side Track

  • Source: `https://superteam.fun/earn/listing/ranger-build-a-bear-hackathon-drift-side-track`
  • Fit: moderate
  • Gap:
  • The project needs a clearer treasury strategy or capital-allocation corridor rather than only governance language.
  • Highest-value move:
  • Add one bounded treasury-operations story tied to policy and risk boundaries.

100xDevs Frontier Track

  • Source: `https://superteam.fun/earn/listing/100xdevs-frontier-hackathon-track`
  • Fit: strong
  • Why:
  • The operational Next.js shell, wallet integration, reviewer docs, and multi-surface product architecture now read like serious execution quality.
  • Highest-value move:
  • Emphasize build quality, coherence, and end-user polish.

Encrypt / IKA Frontier

  • Source: `https://superteam.fun/earn/listing/encrypt-ika-frontier-april-2026`
  • Fit: strong
  • Why:
  • PrivateDAO already supports a coherent encrypted-operations story through REFHE, ZK, and explicit trust boundaries.
  • Highest-value move:
  • Lead with confidential payroll, encrypted envelopes, and the confidence engine as interpretation rather than hype.

SolRouter Ship with Encrypted AI

  • Source: `https://superteam.fun/earn/listing/solrouter-ship-with-encrypted-ai`
  • Fit: partial
  • Gap:
  • The repo does not yet expose a true encrypted AI or assistant flow.
  • Highest-value move:
  • Treat this as a secondary target unless a dedicated assistant surface is added truthfully.

Product corridors to foreground

  • `PrivateDAO Core`
  • `Realms Compatibility Rail`
  • `Android Native`
  • `Gaming DAO Corridor`
  • `Read API + RPC`
  • comprehensive story video
  • quick-start route under `/start`
  • track workspaces under `/tracks/[slug]`

Submission discipline

When adapting the project for any track:

  • Do not overstate custody readiness.
  • Do not claim external audit completion if it has not happened.
  • Do not imply an encrypted AI surface exists unless it is actually shipped.
  • Keep Devnet proof, V3 hardening, trust package, and launch blockers consistent across deck, demo, docs, and UI.
  • Treat signer posture, timelocks, and operational security as first-class parts of the product story after the Drift exploit.

Adjacent strategic opportunity corridors

These are worth pursuing only when they strengthen the same commercial governance product rather than fragmenting it.

Startup capital corridor

  • Sources:
  • Fit: strong
  • Why:
  • The live product shell, services surface, story route, and custody reviewer packet already support a startup-quality funding narrative.
  • Highest-value move:
  • Keep treasury professionalism and custody truth tight enough that capital reviewers see one coherent product and launch-readiness case.

Regional grant corridor

  • Sources:
  • `https://superteam.fun/earn/grants/Poland-grants`
  • Fit: moderate
  • Why:
  • The first-place Poland signal plus the live app and reviewer packets already provide regional proof of execution.
  • Highest-value move:
  • Keep the case tied to ecosystem infrastructure and proof continuity, not generic grant hunting.

Data and telemetry corridor

  • Sources:
  • Fit: moderate
  • Why:
  • Diagnostics, runtime evidence, hosted reads, and indexed proposal state already give PrivateDAO a real telemetry story.
  • Highest-value move:
  • Tighten analyst-facing summaries, exports, and evidence packaging around diagnostics and read-node value.

Confidential payout corridor

  • Sources:
  • Fit: strong
  • Why:
  • PrivateDAO already supports confidential grant, payroll, and payout governance with reviewer-safe proof and treasury routing.
  • Highest-value move:
  • Keep payout evidence, sender discipline, and custody-linked treasury truth extremely explicit.

Audit and hardening corridor

  • Sources:
  • Fit: selective
  • Why:
  • Authority hardening, incident readiness, diagnostics, and canonical custody proof are already part of the repo and product.
  • Highest-value move:
  • Keep this corridor fully evidence-bound until external audit or third-party review exists.
