Monitoring Delivery Closure Packet

Execution packet for closing live alert routing, operator ownership, and tested transcript gaps between the in-repo rulebook and believable production monitoring delivery.

Document context

Closure packet only; it does not claim live alert routing, tested transcripts, or exercised production incident ownership already exist.

Audience: Funders, judges, operators, reviewers

Monitoring Delivery Closure Packet

This packet turns the monitoring blocker into a bounded execution program.

Current Truth

PrivateDAO already has:

  • defined monitoring rules
  • incident-response documentation
  • production-operations guidance
  • mainnet blocker clarity

What is not yet closed is live delivery and tested operational ownership.

Closure Registry

Canonical machine-readable source:

  • docs/monitoring-delivery-intake.json

This registry records:

  • owner roles
  • delivery requirements
  • transcript requirements

What Must Close

  1. alert destination ownership
  2. primary and fallback RPC probe routing
  3. proposal lifecycle alert transcript
  4. treasury anomaly alert transcript
  5. strict proof / settlement failure transcript
  6. authority activity alert transcript

Why This Matters

This is one of the strongest fundable gaps in the repo because it upgrades:

  • RPC and analytics credibility
  • treasury safety credibility
  • mainnet readiness credibility

without inventing a new product line.

Best Supporting Routes

  1. /security#monitoring-delivery-readiness
  2. /documents/monitoring-alert-rules
  3. /documents/monitoring-delivery-evidence-packet
  4. /documents/mainnet-execution-readiness-packet
  5. /documents/mainnet-blockers

Honest Boundary

Do not claim:

  • live alert routing is already complete
  • tested transcripts already exist
  • incident ownership has already been exercised in production

Claim instead:

  • the rulebook exists
  • the closure program is explicit
  • the remaining work is operational, bounded, and fundable
