Real-Device Capture Closure Packet

Execution packet for advancing the remaining wallet matrix lift with target-by-target capture standards, evidence requirements, and reviewer-visible boundaries.

Document context

Closure program only; it does not claim the wallet matrix is already complete or that browser-only proof replaces real-device capture.

Audience: Funders, judges, operators, reviewers

Real-Device Capture Closure Packet

This packet exists for one reason: turn the remaining wallet-matrix gap into an executable closure program that a reviewer or funder can believe.

Why This Matters

PrivateDAO already has:

  • preserved Devnet governance surfaces and current Testnet governance path
  • browser-wallet proof intake
  • read-node and telemetry surfaces
  • payout and settlement evidence surfaces

What still weakens the mainnet story is not the absence of product. It is the absence of completed real-device captures across the supported wallet matrix.

Closure Standard

Each target must close the same minimum path:

  1. connect wallet
  2. confirm diagnostics visibility
  3. sign or send one governed Devnet transaction
  4. record explorer-visible outcome or explicit wallet-side failure

Active Targets

  • Phantom desktop
  • Solflare desktop
  • Backpack desktop
  • Glow desktop
  • Android native / mobile

Required Evidence Per Target

  • wallet or client version when visible
  • browser or device identification
  • connect result
  • signing result
  • submission result
  • transaction signature or explicit wallet error
  • screenshot or short recording reference

Why Funders Should Care

This is one of the highest-leverage remaining gaps because it unlocks three different stories at once:

  1. mainnet credibility
  2. grant execution credibility
  3. partner-track submission credibility

It is also a bounded gap. It does not require inventing a new product. It requires disciplined closure on top of a product that already exists on Devnet.

Reviewer-Safe Boundaries

This packet does not claim:

  • that the wallet matrix is already complete
  • that all desktop wallets have signed successful captures
  • that Android capture is already closed
  • that real-device coverage can be replaced by browser-only proof
