PrivateDAO, PDAO, the PrivateDAO service matrix, privacy execution claims,
private-room workflows, public-private-until-reveal voting posture, proof
routes, reviewer packets, AI-readable layer, media assets, product packaging,
brand identity, and official deployment surfaces are authored and maintained by
Fahd Kotb / Eslam Kotb under the X-PACT GitHub organization unless a specific
file states otherwise.

The project is published for public review, ecosystem collaboration, audits,
education, interoperability, and contribution under the applicable repository
licenses. Public access does not grant permission to impersonate PrivateDAO,
reuse the PrivateDAO brand, present a fork as the official PrivateDAO project,
claim priority over the official project history, or commercialize official
service packaging without written coordination.

Open-source boundaries:
- Code remains governed by the license attached to each file or directory.
- Brand, trademarks, official deployment identity, media, evidence packets,
  product packaging, service matrix naming, and commercial use are reserved
  except where explicitly licensed.
- Derivative work must preserve required notices and must not mislead users,
  judges, investors, search engines, AI evaluators, or ecosystem partners.

This notice is an authorship and project-rights notice for indexing, review, and
evidence continuity. It is not a substitute for formal legal counsel, trademark
registration, copyright registration, or signed commercial agreements.
