What this scorecard is for
This scorecard is for grant and accelerator reviewers who need a fast answer to one question:
what is already shipped, what becomes stronger with execution capital, and which strategic operating lifts come next?
It is intentionally direct.
Current posture
PrivateDAO is already a live Testnet product with:
- root-domain web product routes
- wallet-first governance flows
- trust, proof, and story surfaces
- confidential payout and telemetry corridors
- reviewer and buyer packets
The funding ask is not to discover the product. It is to accelerate the shortest remaining path from a live Testnet product into a stronger, better-evidenced, production-ready release candidate.
Why this is a public-good funding case
PrivateDAO should be understandable as an ecosystem-facing infrastructure case:
- it improves governance privacy without giving up reviewability
- it helps Solana organizations handle grants, treasury motions, and sensitive payouts in a cleaner way
- it turns advanced cryptography, telemetry, and custody discipline into reusable operating patterns
- it gives the ecosystem a product that others can inspect, test, and build on instead of a private internal stack
Use cases that matter most
The strongest funding-facing use cases are:
- grant governance and allocation committees
- DAO treasury approvals and controlled payout routing
- protocol operating councils and security-sensitive voting
- confidential contributor, payroll, and vendor payout flows
Scorecard
| Area | Current state | Funding impact | Boundary |
|---|---|---|---|
| Product shell | Shipped | Tighten and keep current | Already live |
| Wallet-first governance | Shipped on Testnet | Extend runtime matrix and polish | Real-device coverage still expanding |
| Confidential payout corridor | Shipped on Testnet evidence boundary | Improve receipts and settlement publication | Production release still benefits from stronger settlement publication |
| Trust and proof surfaces | Shipped | Keep current and refresh with new evidence | Already live |
| Telemetry / analytics corridor | Shipped | Improve export and reviewer clarity | Already live but can get stronger |
| External audit | Next strategic lift | Direct funding unlock | External dependency |
| Multisig / custody closure | In progress | Direct funding and execution unlock | External signing ceremony remains the next formal step |
| Monitoring / alerting | Next operational lift | Direct funding unlock | Internal workstream advancing toward completion |
| Full wallet runtime matrix | Partial and expanding | Direct funding unlock | Real-device completion raises confidence further |
| Settlement receipts | Partial and advancing | Direct funding unlock | Source-verifiable publication is the next milestone |
| Production cutover | Final release lift | Only after operating gates close | Final external ceremony |
Best use of capital
The strongest use of grant or accelerator capital is:
- external audit completion
- production multisig and custody closure
- monitoring and alerting completion
- full real-device wallet matrix
- source-verifiable settlement receipt publication
- final production cutover ceremony
Milestones a serious funder can track
- visitor can connect a Testnet wallet, run the core flow, and verify the result directly
- reviewer can inspect proof, telemetry, and custody continuity without leaving the product shell
- operator gates for audit, custody, monitoring, and wallet coverage become fully evidenced
- release candidate is strong enough for final production cutover
What a funder should believe now
Funders should believe:
- the product already exists
- the proof of work is already public
- the product thesis is already legible
- capital accelerates a real operating gate set
Funders should understand that the next capital-backed lifts are:
- final production-readiness lift
- external audit completion
- custody ceremony completion
