Competition Progress Note 2026

Purpose

This document is the public product-progress note for PrivateDAO during the current Testnet delivery cycle, with Devnet preserved as transition evidence.

It explains the product work now being strengthened in the open build:

  • wallet-first governance clarity
  • confidential treasury operations
  • telemetry and runtime readability
  • treasury route planning and payment-facing execution
  • audit-readiness and trust packaging

Use this with:

Private submission handling remains private. This public note stays focused on the product and why it is becoming easier to review, trust, and adopt.

Current public build focus

The current cycle is pushing five product lanes upward together:

  • reduce friction from DAO creation to proposal and vote flow
  • keep the proof path understandable for normal users and reviewers
  1. Wallet-first governance
  • structure private treasury motion as a usable workflow
  • keep operator visibility and settlement posture explicit
  1. Confidential operations
  • make analytics, diagnostics, and export surfaces easier to read
  • strengthen the infrastructure story without overclaiming
  1. Telemetry and infrastructure
  • make governed swaps, rebalances, and payout funding easier to understand
  • keep route planning and execution context visible inside the product
  1. Treasury route and payments
  • tighten hardening, trust, and runtime evidence into one coherent review path
  1. Audit-readiness and trust

Product backlog implications

Highest-value public workstreams

  • keep route planning, quote review, and execution context readable
  • keep the request object and reviewer path aligned
  1. Governed treasury route
  • make business-facing payment operations easier to understand
  • keep payout and settlement behavior product-readable
  1. Payments and commerce lane
  • reduce interpretation overhead for technical reviewers
  • make trust and evidence easier to navigate
  1. Reviewer and operator tooling
  • keep wallet, device, monitoring, and settlement proof moving toward stronger closure
  1. Runtime evidence uplift

Public writing discipline

When describing the build publicly during this cycle:

  • lead with shipped product behavior
  • explain how privacy, treasury motion, telemetry, or trust work
  • keep partner and sponsor tactics out of repo-visible text
  • keep mainnet, audit, custody, and monitoring claims bounded to documented evidence

Community-facing interpretation

PrivateDAO is being built as a serious Solana governance and treasury product with privacy, execution discipline, and reviewer-readable trust.

The team is working continuously to turn each layer into something stronger, more legible, and more useful. Support matters because it compounds visible execution: runtime testing, technical review, infrastructure backing, and ecosystem distribution all help this build move faster and more credibly through the current cycle.
