PrivateDAO is produced with execution support from a multi-national technical team across product, engineering, operations, and reviewer-facing delivery.

All product ownership, brand control, repository ownership, commercialization rights, and beneficial ownership remain solely with **Fahd Kotb**.

This means outside contributors, technical collaborators, reviewers, and delivery partners may support execution, but they do not hold ownership of the PrivateDAO product, brand, or commercial rights unless a separate written agreement explicitly states otherwise.
