Public Operating Statement

PrivateDAO development is maintained in public through [X-PACT/PrivateDAO](https://github.com/X-PACT/PrivateDAO) across product, engineering, operations, and reviewer-facing delivery.

This document exists to keep investor, partner, and operator coordination simple. It describes the practical contact surface for the live Testnet product and the release path toward mainnet publication.
