Settlement Receipt Closure Packet

This packet records the privacy-settlement evidence lift that moved REFHE and MagicBlock from integration posture into Testnet receipt closure, while preserving the stricter real-funds mainnet boundary.

What is already true

PrivateDAO already has:

  • governed treasury motion and confidential payout execution on Testnet
  • security and services surfaces that explain settlement evidence and payout discipline
  • payout proof and trust packets that make the current boundary reviewer-visible
  • REFHE and MagicBlock receipts tied to the current Frontier integration packet

Next settlement-evidence lift

The remaining work is not about proving that confidential payout matters or whether the Testnet receipt path exists.

The remaining lift is production hardening: verifier CPI where available, external audit of the residual-trust model, and final mainnet cutover evidence before real funds.

Exact evidence target

Why This Matters

This gate affects:

  • the credibility of the confidential payout corridor
  • the strength of treasury-to-payout trust surfaces
  • the product’s release confidence for privacy-sensitive payment flows

It is therefore one of the highest-leverage production-hardening targets still open in the product.

Required evidence package

  1. Testnet canonical settlement hash or receipt path: closed in docs/testnet-encrypted-integrations-activation-2026-05-23.md
  2. Receipt publication linked to the governed payout object: closed in docs/frontier-integrations.generated.md
  3. Explicit residual-trust model where verifier CPI is unavailable: published in docs/canonical-verifier-boundary-decision.md
  4. Production verifier/audit acceptance before real funds: still required for mainnet cutover

Current release boundary

Do not claim:

  • confidential payout is already production real-funds ready

Claim instead:

  • Testnet payout and settlement receipt evidence exists
  • REFHE and MagicBlock are proposal-bound and runtime-evidenced in the reviewer packet
  • the remaining mainnet lift is verifier/audit/cutover hardening, not missing Testnet activation

Public-good value

This work benefits the ecosystem because it helps:

  • make privacy-sensitive payout flows easier to inspect and trust
  • turn settlement evidence into a reusable pattern for governed treasury products
  • translate advanced privacy and encryption ideas into product behavior that reviewers and users can actually verify
