Purpose
This packet keeps current external submission language aligned with the verified product state:
- PrivateDAO is live on Solana Testnet: the preserved Anchor program is deployed, the standard governance lifecycle has executed end to end, and the treasury movement is verified by public transaction hashes.
- The canonical program id is deployed on Solana Testnet.
- A standard Testnet lifecycle rehearsal is complete.
- Browser and mobile wallet evidence are product proof, not theory.
- Mainnet is the next release stage, not a completed claim.
