PrivateDAO now has a fresh Testnet activation run for the encrypted execution lane. The run uses the current Anchor 1.0.1 program ID EP9xE8MJZ6FfyEwLqns6HDdUZBknEa7WGYs1Jzsecuva, not the archived Devnet program surface.
