Operational Reality
- The web surface is live and verifiable at the root deployment target.
- The wallet connect UX, browser smoke path, runtime surface, and live proof checks are currently passing.
- The Android native app currently builds successfully.
- The repo contains a successful live proof/testnet rehearsal path and current verification scripts pass against it.
Not Closed Yet
- The local worktree is still extremely dirty:
git status --short | wc -l->7454- Therefore, it is not truthful to claim that all current local changes are cleanly packaged, reviewed, and pushed as one controlled release.
- The repo tip is pushed, but the full local delta is not yet triaged into:
- intended source changes
- generated/export noise
- local-only artifacts
Triage Baseline Added
- New command:
npm run status:triage- Current scoped triage output:
source changes->68docs changes->80generated/runtime artifacts->704- The source-bearing release surface is now small enough to package deliberately.
- The next packaging pass should focus on:
apps/webscriptstests- selected
docs - The triage report is now the source of truth for deciding what is release-worthy versus generated churn.
Truthful Conclusion
- PrivateDAO is not at "100% closed and fully packaged" status yet.
- PrivateDAO is at a stronger and more useful state:
- live site verified
- critical web verification passing
- Android build passing
- live proof verification passing
- The next required engineering step is worktree triage and controlled release packaging, not more narrative expansion.
