Weekly Product Update #1

Goal

This is the first weekly update video for the current product cycle.

It should be:

  • under 60 seconds
  • direct
  • product-first
  • honest about what is already live on Devnet
  • strong enough for reviewers to understand momentum immediately

This is not the full technical demo and not the final pitch video.

Recommended Upload Title

Week 1 - PrivateDAO - Live Devnet Governance Progress

Recommended Video Description

PrivateDAO is building governance infrastructure on Solana for private voting, safer treasury execution, and confidential operational flows. This week we are showing the preserved Devnet product foundation that led into the current Testnet path: wallet-connected flow, DAO creation, proposal creation, commit-reveal voting, execution-safe treasury path, proof surfaces, and the product shell that keeps expanding through the current delivery cycle.

60-Second Spoken Script

PrivateDAO is building governance infrastructure on Solana, not just a simple DAO interface.

This week, the preserved Devnet product foundation already supports the core governance path end to end: connect wallet, create a DAO, create a proposal, commit a vote privately, reveal it later, and execute through a safer treasury flow. That foundation is now being carried into the current Testnet operating path.

The core idea is simple: governance should not leak intent too early.

So PrivateDAO uses a commit-reveal model to reduce public vote leakage while keeping execution reviewable and disciplined.

Around that core flow, we now also have proof, diagnostics, search, assistant, and commercial product surfaces inside one live app.

That means this is already shaping into a real governance infrastructure product, not a mockup.

Next week, we will keep sharpening the buyer flow, trust surfaces, and reviewer-facing product packaging on top of the same live Devnet foundation.

Recording Direction

  • Use the live app, not slides
  • Keep cursor movement minimal
  • Avoid long text blocks on screen
  • Do not try to explain every subsystem
  • Focus on momentum and product clarity

Honesty Boundary

Safe claims:

  • live Devnet app
  • wallet-connected governance flow
  • commit-reveal lifecycle
  • proof and diagnostics surfaces
  • product shell already in place

Do not claim in this video:

  • unrestricted mainnet production launch
  • external audit completion unless separately documented
  • customer adoption that is not already public and verified

Best Use Of Current Demo Video

Do not upload the current long-form demo as the week 1 update unchanged.

Use this weekly update instead for:

  • momentum
  • clarity
  • product progress

Keep the longer demo for:

  • technical demo support
  • final submission support
  • deeper reviewer follow-up
