Week 2 shows the browser-first Devnet path becoming easier for normal users and easier for judges to verify: learn the product, connect a wallet, create a proposal, commit a private vote, reveal later, execute safely, then inspect the new Agentic Treasury Micropayment Rail with real Devnet transactions and screenshots.
